Closed UK Pass Around: Bunny Razor V3 - Finished.

Finally the wait was over, Bunny in hand I head to the bathroom.

I choose my Shavemac brush and my Rustic shaving company "Mahogany", for what I hope will be a top notch shave.

Stuck with the notso comb for my first time as I think most have, initially felt the angle of attack was easy to find and felt happy that whiskers were being removed in good order, I also have a goatee so the problem area that some have come across isn't for me.
First pass completed, I was left with a pretty smooth finished from a WTG pass and moved on to what I believed would be a clean up pass to finish.
This is where my problems begin, overconfident and too eager to get a bbs from a first use of any razor is a dangerous combination, this resulted in a really good shave, I suffered awful soreness to my neck area for the next two days however, and can only blame myself.

Shave 2 tomorrow, will find me showing the Bunny a lot more respect.

Great report. My only suggestion is NO PRESSURE a feather touch and try the MILD comb.

Have fun

Second day with the Bunny.
Results are excellent, "NO PRESSURE" applied, nice calm approach great OSP Sandlewood lather, ends with a super smooth finish and no irritating sore neck, superb.

Would like to use one of the remaining twin blades if that's ok, will switch to the mild comb.

See, as soon as you use 'NO PRESSURE' instead of 'no pressure' or even 'pressure', you get great results with the Bunny. :D
Use a twin blade by all means. When they are gone they are gone. I've got spare Chinese Schicks I can add if they run out, but no Twins I can spare, but the blades are there to be used. The Bunny and Schicks are a match made in heaven, btw...

Sorry guys, i realised i completely forgot to write about my final couple of shaves with the Bunny.

Not really too much to add to what i have said already but i carried on with the mild comb and Schick blade and that gave me excellent results. I continued using Phoenix and Beau soaps (my favourites). Coming from mainly DEs, it was a nice change in pace, shaves were closer and more efficient.

I think the weight and balance were spot on with this razor and the angle, while a bit strange for me at first, was comfortable. I loved that no matter how many days of stubble i had (first shave i had gone a fair few days) the Bunny could knock it down with ease. My only couple of things i had slight problems with is id love to be able to swap handles around and my goatee got a bit smaller over the time i had it [emoji38] not sure if thats just me though or how injectors usually work?

Anyway thanks to Tom and riverrun for arranging the passaround, much appreciated. Good luck with it the rest of you guys and i hope the Bunny can bounce back into our lives in the future!

Report on the final 2 shaves with the long awaited Bunny.
I'm going to put my hand up and say I have over the 4 runs with this beautiful thing, to say the least achieved inconsistent results, I am sure it's me and not the Bunny.
Shave 3, I switched to the mild comb with the final twin blade in the package, really struggled to find a reason why it wasn't removing stubble at anything like the way it had been, eventually gave up before I inflicted any damage and finished off with the Hone 15a.
Last shave stayed with the twin but switched back to the notso comb, results from the first pass were encouraging, but the second was not the finishing touch I'd hoped for, 4 hours later and I was wondering where it all went wrong.

In conclusion, I blame user error, in the right hands I believe the Bunny is a great tool, but for now I am on the fence as to whether or not I would add one to my cupboard.
Thanks for the opportunity to try this, sorry not to have been more positive.

Next,!!!, Address requested.

@mikebrownington seems to have gone AWOL, so the Bunny is now on its way to @Holyzeus.
Thanks, @Stacy555

Excellent! Enjoy! Just remember: NO PRESSURE and an unusual angle...

Think i may of used no pressure instead of NO PRESSURE!
What a lovely looking piece of kit, art deco in its looks. Very light, nicely balanced.
It has some scratches and more annoyingly (if i owned one) some plate loss
I loaded a single blade and stayed with the Notso comb as recommended.
The cutting angle does feel odd and will take time to adjust to.
The design and shape of the head is a bit awkward and immediately i cut myself quite badly just under the ear
Completed the first pass and noticed i'd nicked myself a couple more times
Second pass completed with a mixture of ATG and unusually WTG as spots of blood were everywhere!
Initial conclusion is wow what a close shave but at the expense of a butchered face!
Its that bad that I won't shave tomorrow and Tuesday i have a job interview so i'll use something else. For Wednesday I'll switch to the mild comb and perhaps NO PRESSURE...

As Tom said, the marks on the head are not plate loss. They'll go away with a bit of elbow grease.
Don't use 'no pressure', or 'no pressure' - try 'NO PRESSURE' or even 'NO PRESSURE'.
For angle, I try and 'ride' the spring on top of the head.
One thing I forgot to mention... really, really slick lather helps.. (as always)...
Oh... and personally I stick with the 'MILD' comb, although I don't think that makes a huge difference.
