I don't think it's any Gillette. Probably some Euro pre-war manufacture.

Aye ...... Not a Gillette ....... That's an Aristocrat Deluxe case, mind you....... which is pretty cool ......

The case is from. 1940's Aristocrat. The razor is GKW (God Knows What). There are some Razor Gods on here so maybe one will be along to identify it.
