I have only recently seen this which comes in a ceramic bowl. It is expensive but you are probably paying for the bowl and I cannot see a refill only. Has anyone used this and is it worth the money?
 
Assuming you mean Pannacrema Nuavia I have it (verde) and it is good soap but not THAT good a soap, you are paying for the ceramic container in my opinion. Try a sample from ShaveDash.

I won't buy it again when I run out unless by then they sell refill pucks.
