I was thinking about getting some anyway. You just gave me some 'encouragement'.:p
@Blackmass - Rob you should have bundled the matching soap too. Maybe you have? I had to edit my response to you earlier, I found myself returning to the references of puerile juvenile humour - Beavis and Butthead - briefly featured last night in sotd. Someone said 'wood.' Replying to you I found that I had originally made reference to the RazoRock aftershave's 'pineapple opening.' See also - 'Lemon entry my dear Watson.' Off topic mate. Enjoy a completely controversy free brush tomorrow. It's nice to post here - it's not hung up and we definitely talk about shaving 99% of the time. I

@Blackmass - What would you recommend to me? Product-wise? I

Well I don't know if you have try them before but Saponifico Varesino soaps.
They are the best soaps I've tried so far. The performance and scents are amazing.
Another one I really rate is L'Oreal charcoal face wash. It works and a tube lasts forever.

If you are looking for something in particular please let me know?

Pulled the trigger on an order for a Kent Infinity Silvertex (hoping it to be my new travel brush in place of a Vulfix 404), alum block, Proraso sensitive after shave balm and a puck of D R Harris Windsor I'm hoping will fit in an old C&E wooden bowl.

@Blackmass - yes, my eye has been caught by the SV soaps - I've only seen good reviews of the performance and the packaging is handsome. I have been trying not buy anything new recently - that's excepting the vintage Gibbs razor from @Blademonkey - I'm so glad I did. I ought to learn how to use and fully appreciate the products I already own. Where's the fun in that? I

I have some more original Acqua di Parma Colonia shaving soft soap coming, for backup.
