Very good.
My goodness, this thread has taken a real turn off the original path! LOL Personally, I would never slag off the NHS, I simply wouldn't be alive today without the care and support of my local hospitals...People love to slag off the NHS, however most of them are still happy to get the free treatment rather than go private and pay for it.
There was a time - maybe still is - when carbonated water was said to leach out the calcium from your bones.Chilled carbonated water with a squeeze of lemon or lime juice. :/
I always wonder if it's a chicken and egg thing, drug abuse and mental illness.I'm currently working in supported care with people with Shizophrenia. One thing they have in common is a history of drink and drug abuse, all triggered by their abuse of these. All too are heavy smokers, and I mean heavy. One will get through a 50g pouch, no filters, in a day.
Could it be the opposite... The pathology exists 1st, and the drugs/alcohol/ behavior is the persons attempt to resolve the symptoms related to that pathology.
Having diabetes, the 'regular' is off limits, but in addition, I couldn't drink it if you paid me, I find it disgustingly sweet! Big fan of water though, out of the tap, wouldn't 'pay' for something you get for free LOLthey use corn syrup, you gotta take the metabolism into consideration. 1 table spoon of corn syrup digests like 16 table spoons of regular table sugar. That is what you need to remember.
But honestly, the difference is the can. and by the way, they taste like shite. We have a coke machine at work, no one gets the diet crap from it. just regular or the water.
