What's the coldest soap out there?

It's a county in the north-west of England, bordering Scotland.
Where it rains often. So very, very often. I went to Windermere to visit my great aunty a few years back for my 'summer holiday' and it rained more than it did down here (Swansea - numerous 'winner' of Wettest city in Europe) so didn't feel like summer at all. Swimming in Lake Windermere in the rain was lovely though, especially first thing in the morning. Refreshing.

Thanks my friend. It's easier for me to write than to speak it. I still have a heavy Israeli accent and I have to think for words. Without bragging here are the languages I'm really fluent in:

Hebrew (my mother tongue)
French (I went to French schools)
Arabic (7 dialects with native fluency)
Russian (with native fluency)
Polish (fluently)
Ukrainian (fluently)
German (native fluency)
Greek (native fluency)
Yiddish (fluently)
Swahili (fluently)
Lingala (fluently)
Turkish (fluently)

I have a fair command of:

Hungarian
Romanian
Bulgarian
Serbian

I can read:

Amharic
Armenian
Farsi

Again, I don't say this to brag because I've met people who know even twice as many languages!

Brag away, that is incredible!

I lathered up once with B@M Arctique.
Menthol was so strong that I couldn't keep my eyes open.
Nor could I feel my face.
Some lather migrated south to a sensitive zone and forced yet more frozen saline from my suffering peepers.
Checked fingers for frostbite.
Not used soap since.
I do enjoy the matching Arctique aftershave on warm days - just keep well away from eyes.
