Hi, are Wickhams soaps easy to lather? I want one with a scent that screams summer!

Easy, peasy ... Parma Violet is all florals. Lovely scent!

All Wickhams are superb soaps; just show them a brush and you'll get a bucket (or, in my case, a shaving bowl), full of lather. "English Rose" might fit your bill.

Only had a sample of parma violet 1912 from shavedash. The scent on that particular sample was quite subtle & consequently likely to be skin friendly.
It was ridiculously easy to lather & water here is very hard.
Never got to buy a full tub, scent descriptions haven't appealed, English rose might just be my first.

Wickhams soaps have a fantastic lather & if it is 'summer' you are after the latest soap release is just perfect! English Rose hits all the right floral notes & is available in balm too.

As has been said Wickham is easy to lather and has great performance. Club Cola is bright and citrussy and would also work well for summer.

Not sure if it fits with the description of summer, but Scottish heather is sublime and is ridiculously good.

You're right, Scottish heather is no longer listed on their site - I do hope it just means he has run out for the moment, and not that it is no longer going to be made. I absolutely love that scent. I may have to check other stockists and see if I can source any, just in case

@Roy In my experience Wickhams very easy to lather - for that summer sent, I wouild go for the Critrus Musk. As always YMMV

Still waiting on the Cornish pasty scent Okay so its not technically a seperate nation but it may as well be once you're there... Lots of saffron used in Kernow, hmm I'm getting expensive Abbate Y La Mantia style ideas!

Then again... I once met a proper Welsh woman (grew up speaking only Welsh at home, father a sheep farmer) and asked her what typical Welsh food was and she answered... Yorkshire puddings...
