I got linked to Expedition Jack one time and I admit that although he is "geeky" he seems like a nice young man and his videos are pleasant as well as informative:

 
I quite enjoy Mighty Car Mods. I cannae tell whether they're in NZ or Oz so daren't make an assumption either way. Started off as two guys tinkering with cars and documenting their work. Quite a fun take on it and now they're into more serious modifications. Quite an easy watch or something to have on in the background.
