We are still testing both the investment cast and machine tooled Claymore SE Razors.
The new cast version features a base plate which sits inside the top plate, we believe this is the only SE razor that has this feature. It makes for a cleaner, less fussy design. The machine tooled version needs retooling (again) we need to get the blade exposure right, not too much, not too little. Bear with us, we are at the mercy of the manufacturers. Hi Shave Monkey, the machine tooled version is proving more difficult to get right than the cast version which has surprised me. The cast versions should be ready in late January / early February.
