1912 Blades?

Right, I know they're available from Connaughts, but where would I be able to get some decent SE Gem-type blades to trial in my recently-acquired ER 1912?

I'd be tempted to get them from a well-known auction site, but am unsure whether there's much difference between different blades, so may end up getting something wrong.

With shipping, 10 blades from Connaughts works out at about £6.50, which I feel is a touch steep at a trialling stage...

Any pointers? Advice is much appreciated, for sure!

If you like them I could sell you some ex Connaughts, I have too many now I am using AC powered Razors a lot. Do not try to buy off Web, as you are likely to end up with Scraper blades.

That was my fear, that I would end up with something better suited to cleaning the oven...
