Blades to try in a progress

Just bought a progress of a member here. Was wondering what blades people find work well with this razor.

Brings out the best in pretty much every blade. It's my go to for new blades or after a crap shave the day before.

I agree, it's an excellent razor. Give 7 o'clock yellows and greens a try. Green Astras are also good.

Hi Jon,

I saw that........you got a great deal on the razor. It's the one currently made adjustable that I'd like to test drive sometime.

Anyway, when I try a new to me razor, it's always with my favorite blade. Start with the blade you know best and take it from there. Keep the variables to a minimum.

Find that Derbys are a good start. But then why would you you want to try anything else?-)

Gillette Superthins are awesome in this razor for me, but also love 7 o'clock yellows.
