Just a quick one has anyone tried these blue carbon SE blades? Sorry for the poor photo its from my phone the blade is blue and the top of the blade has stamped PAL on it, The reason I ask is a friend in the states sent me a bunch over and I really like them and wondered if we can get these over here or do I have to get them imported (well buy them when we go over?)

I use this site when I need more SE stainless blades..my wife loves em!.though I havn't tried the SE ones yet..you should try to email/call them on shipping prices as they sell them in bulk which is a good thing..and they are scientific grade quality as apposed to what you would get in the stores :mrgreen:

I think the "rust" with carbon steel issues were probably if the blades are kept in a moist environment..I'm not certain though..just an idea
