Bus Tracker Apps

Does anyone know of a decent app for tracking London buses? I have searched all over but can't find one that shows the bus progress in realtime on a map. I know they exist as I have seen people using them in the past ... I didn't ask at the time as it wasn't something I needed.

Can be ios, windows or android.

Any help will be appreciated!

Bus progress as in time of arrival at a particular stop?

I occasionally use London Bus Checker (android), don't remember paying for it though.

I have found apps that give you a time countdown but what I really want is one that shows a map with the bus icon travelling along the roads via GPS. I want it so that I can get out of work just in time to hop onboard.
