Gillette Aristocrat U.S.A. Manufacture

I bought this Aristocrat off E Bay U.S.A. , I have not received it yet .
The seller say's it is original and as manufactured .
I think I have established it is not the 1941 model which I believe were manufactured without end cap's .
I believe it to be of post WW 2 manufacture and the end cap's to be missing (If I had noticed this in the first place I would not have bought it) , so the razor is not as manufactured .
Can somebody with more knowledge than myself back up my theory please ,

no it's not as manufactured, that should have end caps mate, it looks like it's well worn two, can you cancel and get a refund ? if not then i hope you didn't pay much for it .....?

Thank's for that Steve , that's what I had concluded , if it had shaved well (and was as manufactured) I would have re-plated it , as it is they accept return's so hopefully I will only be out a bit of postage ,
