I got this old 35mm negative scanned a while back by a high street photo shop to see if it would turn out as good as the original Max Spiellmann print which hangs in my study. I nearly ran over this poor wee beastie in my dads Rover 216 Vitesse (a clue to how old it is.).

It turned out not too bad, lost some of it's sharpness and colour.

Thanks Peter,

It took some time to wait for it to open back up after the near encounter but it was worth the wait. I love these kind of nature in our environment photos and this is the only decent one I ever took.

Very nice. :)

It's pics like this that make me want to get myself a camera.

I've always loved the idea of photography but have never really looked in to it. It seems an expensive hobby though so it'll be a fair few years before you see anything from me! Shaving kills my bank balance as it is! :)

I'll be sure to keep an eye out for if you put anything else up.
