This is my first post in this fantastic forum.

I got introduced to the art of real shaving by a colleague :icon_razz: and I must say that the morning shave is a lot more fun now. Used to shave with a Mach3 and that was ok, but only ok. I borrowed a Slim and got a few blades and a nice soap (Arko) from my colleague and that has really changed my attitude towards shaving. Now I have bought my own Merkur 34C, a pure badger, Truefit & Hill Trafalgar shaving cream, Palmolive cream and I look forward to every morning shave.
Somewhere between US and Sweden is my "new" own Slim from 1967.
Can't wait...
I really like the Merkur. Gives a smooth shave with yellow 7 o'Clock.

Now, I wonder if someone has a Slim N2 (1968 June) for sale? Thats my birth month, so it would be great to have one from the same period of time.

Regards,
Peo

Hi Peo, looks like you are another convert! Watch mantic59 on You-tube you'll pick up loads of advice & info.

I used to find shaving a chore but now I enjoy it, in fact I look forward to it!

Hello and welcome, young Peo! :icon_wink:

If you post about the Slim in the birth year razors thread on the DE board, something may well turn up before long.

Thank you, Andy, for your advice. I will post on the DE board instead.

Regards,
Peo
