Been away for a few days, so just catching up with some of the replies. Thanks for all the advice.
Regarding the brush... it's the same as you've all been saying. If I try out the one I've ordered and decide it's too soft/hard/large/small/weird... at least I know where to go from there.
Regarding blades and smellies... I suppose the fact that they are consumables means that you're always on the look out for the next purchase.
Just had an email from Amazon saying my stuff will probably arrive on Wednesday. Wednesday... bother!!!
