Heading to Bologna,Italy for a few days next weekend . Any recommendations for shaving stuff ?

Figaro, prosaro, valbora, are all good, cella and p160 are good as well but not as easy to find (even thought the p160 was made in bologna) you can get the stuff in supermarkets, or aqua di sapones, the chemists/pharmices dont really sell it.

It's all good.

If you see or hear a Scottish couple on their honeymoon arguing about how their wedding day went I have hunch who it might be.

It's a pity you cannot make it to Florence, if I remember correctly, if you watched Hannibal Lecter while he was in Florence he visited a beautiful Perfumery, that was making perfumes up for individual customers, now that would be something yes :)

There is a shop in Montpellier where I live that does that, haven't been yet, but have been told a lot about it..
Montpellier, being Europe's oldest medical faculty provided a lot of balms and oils for France's perfume industry, as far back as the 12th century.
In the 16th century, together with Grasse these were the 2 perfume capitals of France.
You can still visit the medical faculty's botanical gardens, the oldest ones in France: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jardin_des ... ontpellier

Ok, enough history!

That was the Farmacia Santa Maria Novella. I plan to at least have a look in there when I visit Florence later this year. I also plan to visit Lorenzo Villoresi too. Their Uomo and Eau de Cologne are simply the best in the entire world.

I too am flying to Bologna then getting a train to Florence. Can't bloody wait.
