Was looking around John Lewis today and they had a few of these shaving sets reduced to half price £45 down to £22.50:

I brought one just really for the stand itself as looks very nice and also has the bowl. Dont know what the brush is like yet as not used or what it is made of (is there any way of telling what the brush is made of?) I only use a WS one at the moment so hope it is a bit better.
They are not on the website so guess they are end of line? They had another set at £29.99 that was black and said was a badger brush but did not have a bowl and was not as nice looking in my opinion.
