went to see legend last night at the pictures, what a thoroughly enjoyable film. tom hardy was superb as ronnie and reggie, and it didnt even register that it was the same actor playing both roles.
id read that former kray associates had said that hardy had nailed it as ronnie, and it comes across as a very believable character.
i remember watching the 1990 film the krays and that was absolutely awful. the kemp brothers massively mis cast in an utterly dreadful film. legend is infinitely better, and very funny in parts. well worth a watch.

I generally like films with Tom Hardy in too. Wasn't that fussed with Mad Max or Child 44 but both passed the time. He was great in Bronson and terrific in Lawless which was a very good film indeed. In fact, the good folks over on The Fedora Lounge forum renamed the cardigan to 'hardigan' when worn by Hardy's character in Lawless. Look forward to Legend, cheers Chris.
