Personna Blade quality Issues

I have recently been experiencing some quality issues with personna (reds) recently. It is since they are now in white wrapping.

As an example the latest blade made a noise as I was shaving but removed no beard. I then rotated my handle 180º to use the other side and it shaved perfectly. So I know it wasn't just a bad start/morning. Some blades just feel dull and tug. Others are the quality I expect.

Has anyone else experienced this with these blades?

I've also had that with Personna, I used one in a white wrapper, fine no problems but a few days later used a red wrapper one and it was awful. It seems the opposite to the problem you had.
