Pinaud Clubman Virgin Bay Rum

Was out wondering around town this morning with my son and managed to find a bottle of this and thought I'd give it a go as I don't have any bay rum AS.

It comes in a small plastic bottle that looks like a mini bottle of rum -the sort you get on an aeroplane! Unfortunately the top was sealed so couldn't try it first, it was only £5 so thought it was worth a punt.

So gave it a go when I got home. WOW this is very spicy and the scent lasts a long time. Maybe a bit too much clove in there but I'd prefer something that has a bit of a smell to it.

It's not unpleasant but maybe not something to use every day.
 
i recently got some Clubman samples and this was one of the ones included, but i don't like Bay-Rum :roll:

it's on it's way to antdad who'll no doubt add his opinions later in the week
 
I was quite surprised by the smell, I had a sniff of some other Bay Rum that I found in a local chemists the other day and it was totally different! I may pop back in there and try again as they had erasmic cream and its just around the corner from where I work.
