As there was already a post for pre-shave oil recipes, I thought I would share my post shave oil recipe.
I have a beard, so my recipe was designed 3 fold, I wanted a good beard oil to condition my beard, I wanted an oil that would be good for my skin and also a post shave oil that would replenish after shaving.
Scent is a very personal thing, so the recipe below is more of an unscented version, you can add essential oils if you would like it scented.
1/4 Jojoba Oil
1/4 Sweet Almond oil
1/4 Coconut oil
1/4 Jamaican Black Castor oil
I add a few drops of vitamin E oil as well, as this really good for the skin.
Like I say this does not have much of a scent, but I have experimented with some essential oils to give it what I would consider a nice scent, I have listed some below. But I have not put any quantities, as its really down to personal preference, and you will need to experiment to find out what best suits you:
Pepermint Oil
Tea Tree Oil
Lavender Oil
Grapefruit Oil
Oakmoss Oil
Patchouli Oil
Rose Geranium Oil
