Unable to edit my signature???

When I try to edit my signature I am told I do not have permission to access thet page.

Is there a requirement that must be met first or am I doing something wrong?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

There's a posting requirement... mostly to put off signature link spammers...

OK, that makes sense! I've never heard of signature link spammers but knowing how resourceful spammers can be, it does not surprise me at all.
