Watermans nib needs replacement?

I have a Watermans fountain pen, it cost around £40-£60 well over ten years ago, possibly a Hemisphere. A couple of weeks ago it fell off my desk and landed on it's nib. The nib is wrecked. Anybody know where is best for a replacement nib, I've seen some at the online pen company which look like fair prices? Also, having never replaced a nib before, are they all a standard size?
