Weck Surgical Prep Razor

Yes! I finally got one!!!

It takes vintage Weck Sextoblades or modern Personna hair shaper style blades, a shave much akin to the GEM single edge with a blade that is longer and narrower.

I literally can't wait for this one to arrive.

Surgical prep, not a mortuary razor. The straight versions were widely used by the US Navy. Like Personna, Weck moved largely into two specialist areas once Gillette had won the shaving market: surgical and hair shapers/dog scrapers. With this razor, I'm going to guess '40s or '50s. Wild guess.
