Just finished pressing and transferring this year's harvest of Marechal Foch and Leon Millot. 25 L of very young unfiltered and not yet fully fermented wine is now sitting in water-slot vessels...

This wine won't be ready before, say, March 2010. Last year's harvest has just been bottled, but isn't all that great... ;-)

Now my next soap (formula #5) is ready for sale, in nice screw cap jars

Wine have benefits? I think it always contain side effect, like man forgot self, and also react like mantle.......... so what you think about it?

What's a mantle? Google says Noun: A loose sleeveless cloak or shawl, worn esp. by women.
Is that how I'll react if ever my apple wine is ready to drink??

Many years ago I took a real interest in wine. Assembled quite a collection. All gone now but it was fun. These days just about a bottle a week and that lasts two days. Any more than two glasses and I'm asleep quite soon. I hope Henk enjoyed his.

I've got quite a bit sitting in the flat at the moment, mostly Rioja, Priorat and Cava. Just spent four days in Barcelona spening bugger all drinking vino.
