WTB Contact - Awareness

I have been contacted by a new account indicating that someone (not on the forum) has a good condition item that I am looking for and has provided a contact gmail address.

I have reported the account as a precaution but won't post it here directly in case they are genuine. If you have been contacted by an individual regarding your WTB post today then drop me a line and I will confirm whether it is the same account.

Whilst this may be genuine I am obviously a little skeptical so please be careful. I know scams have done the rounds on occasion and don't want anyone to get taken for a ride.

If it is a genuine account and offer by the person then they have my apologies upfront, just looking out!

At least one other has been contacted by the same person, possibly 2 but haven't had absolute confirmation.

The account is Wess muss.

Again I apologise profusely if this isn't a scam.

Just my experience but most scams iv seen over the last year or so have all had gmail addresses.
Obviously that’s not to say every gmail is a scam i have one myself but definitely something to look out for.
