I'm very pleased with it. I have a couple of 540's that are like Trigger's broom after all the replacements of parts that cracked, I'm hoping the Eco has solved that problem. This is one of the very few pens I've bought that has written the way I like out of the box, I've not touched the nib. It really is a steal for a very nicely made piston-filler, cheaper than an Al-Star and a converter.
