Has anyone had a chance to try The Executive Shaving Company's Fuar Ach Snog (Gaelic for Cold But Nice) range yet?

They do pre-shave oil, shaving cream and aftershave balm.

I'm interested but would like to hear others opinions on it before I push SWMBO over the edge and add even more software to my den.

Any views are appreciated.

Thanks folks.

I got the three just before Christmas was in buying a scuttle. Have had 3 shaves using my straight twice and feather artist once.
Really nice products. Very minty menthol with cool feel on face. Stronger that Fitjar Folenhem.
Very slick system with pre shave oil and cream. I have been straight saving for about a month and the oil cream combo was so slick I got a bit over confident and had a few weepers which I had been avoiding. The post shave balm smells nice and minty fresh. All in all was really pleased with the purchase. Its excellent value and I don't notice any difference in quality between these products and some of the more artisan stuff I have.

Thanks @godinman. I certainly sounds good. There was mention on FB that ES we're going to start an introductory offer on these products on Boxing Day but I can't see anything in their website yet. Hopefully that'll start soon and I'll take yet another dive down the rabbit hole.

I have always found Brian a great guy to deal with. They consistently put out really good products.

Defo. When I started looking into DE shaving I visited ES and Brian was really friendly and helpful. He helped me decide which was the best razor for me (Merkur 34c) and helped with other bits and pieces to get me started. I've been hooked ever since.

I'm now also toying with the idea of a SE razor - the Claymore, but I'll need to do some convincing with SWMBO!
