Why not join the forum? We have plenty of members there who have little to no technical knowledge (I was one when I joined), and we have a learner's zone where you can ask questions or check previously-answered ones.

I've lived through one hurricane, two typhoons and two tornados, not to mention several monsoons. I'm not in any rush to chase any storms, thank you.
