Shave Lounge - Excellent Customer Service

...I have no links to any vendor and am certainly not an influencer as my partner will testify but I wanted to give a shout out to Shave Lounge for excellent customer service. The indicator dial on my Progress came loose and the threading of the adjustment knob became stiffer. Usual Progress woes, great shaver, iffy quality. Upon contacting Shave Lounge, a new Progress was immediately despatched together with a return label. Exemplary customer service - heart warming.

I concur, I’ve recently placed an order, got confirmation it was dispatched a couple of hours later. Today received an e-mail apologising saying wrong item sent. Hey mistakes happen. But they have sent out correct item which has been upgraded to next day delivery. Was told I could keep the wrong item. Advised I would return it as it’s a £30+ item, Anthony insisted I keep it. I’m blown away & hats off to Anthony & his team.

That's amazing service. I received an aesthetically challenged item from Shave Lounge, Anthony sent out a replacement next day delivery and insisted I keep the original problem item.

Best customer care I have received from any company has been with Shave Lounge, doesnt matter if you ordered a £5 soap or a £300 razor you will be given the same VIP service.
