I'm still working through them but the KAI was just in front of the Feather, Lodz Polsilver and the Wizamet IS but not that far ahead to justify the cost of Kai blades.
The Lodz Polsilver, Feather and Wizamet IS were all about the same, I can get BBS with any of the blades tested with this razor.
over all a very good mild razor that seems to work well with many blades. P.

Agree, Paul. The Polsilvers work well for me with this razor. I also get great shaves with sharper NOS vintage blades such as Wilkies and Gillette Platinum Plus.

I'm not usually a daily shaver but I needed another shave after last night's shave with the Vector and feather combo. Didn't like the way my stubble was growing back, sharp and uncomfortable.

Gave the Murphy and McNeil another chance. Was I too hasty to chuck it on BST? Yes. Not sure what I did last time but performance was much improved.

Got away from work a bit earlier than usual and had 3 days growth. Decided to have an early afternoon shave before heading to the gym.

A smooth shave with a great result!

The boar brush doesn't seem to work too well with the OSP soap so it'll be back to my badger or synthetic when using this soap.

Maiden voyage for my newly acquired Injectomatic, courtesy of @nolisco . It gave a fantastic, smooth and comfortable shave; especially with a fresh Proline.

Funny how some of the budget stuff can be the most effective (Palmolive q.v.). The Erasmic is a smashing cream; and a little goes a long way (don't leave too much water in your brush though; the lather was flying around the bathroom, as well as the chops).

Smooth and smelling great.

So not really an OC but a hybrid and a great razor. I have heard discussions on how the Muhle R41 is a great razor but made even more so with the addition of an aftermarket handle etc. Now I love my stock R41 and as I have mentioned before, it was my second ever DE after the EJ DE89lbl which incidentally, I still have and use. I am glad I spent some time getting to know and use it because it really helped my technique. Today I decided to see what the hype was all about and decided to use my newly acquired iKon bulldog handle with it. Well now the hypes is true! The extra weight of the iKon Handle made it an absolute dream.

Soap of the day was Amici by Italian Barber and a great summer citrus scent it is. Lovely soap to say the least. Great performer. Chubby 1 had no issues whipping up a great lather. Proceeded through a wonderful two pass DFS bordering BBS shave! Topped it off with the matching Amici AS splash and English Laundry Tahitian Waters EDP. Take care and happy shaves all!
