Prep: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: Tony Forsyth P&C LE 2017 Platypus High Mountain White Badger
Soap: Martin De Candre Rose
Razor: Wolfman WR1
Blade: NOS Gillette Nacet - Made in France (1)
Post: Thursday Plantation Tea Tree & Witch Hazel, Musgo Real Aftershave Balm
Scent: Australian Private Reserve Fougère Bourbon Rose

Three pass shave and very much BBS. The MDC Rose soap produced copious amounts of excellent lather. The scent is a natural soft rose - very pleasant, and the performance of the lather was top tier.
My first shave with a vintage French Nacet blade. Very sharp, but quite smooth in use. I did notice some irritation and redness post shave on my chin area, which for me indicates that the blade may be a little aggressive for my skin. Let's see how it goes on the next outing.
The wonderful APR Fougère Bourbon Rose fragrance paired beautifully with the soap scent.

Today's Shave

Schick Krona
Wilkinson Sword Blade
ES Big Jock Synthetic
Cella Shaving Soap
Old Spice Aftershave Splash
Alvarez Gomez lotion

Result BSS WTG

The Schick isn't as smooth nor comfortable as any of my vintage Gillette's to shave with, don't get me wrong it's done the job but for me I feel Schick fell short of making a wonderful Razor IMHO, It's lacking in that shaving comfort. If I want my face to feel discomfort like I'm getting from the Schick I'd try shaving with my new STHIL Hedge cutting attachment, 27.2 cc's of chomping power! Sadly I don't see me and the Krona getting along.

People have mixed views on the use of Twin Blades in Injector Razors. I particularly like them in the "O" Clone and the N3 I used today. I must use this NOS Soap a bit more as it really worked well today, theShave was very smooth and without any apparent effort the finish attained was ultra close all round. With a Twin Blade fitted this Razor would be perfect for those with sensitive skins as its so forgiving, the downside is the price of the current blades which seems to have escalated since I stocked up.

Perfect.
It been a while since I gave the injectors a run out, therefore, I will be using up the blades that are in them.
Today's weapon of choice the Schick Type L, shod with a Personna injector.
A great lather from the Chubby 2 and SSC Lime in the Giles bowl, very slick and a lovely post shave feeling.
3 Full passes WTG, XTG & ATG with some light buffing on the devils whirlpools under my jawline - Result - a no issue BBS enjoyable shave.
Some very light indication form the block which did not last long.
The Bart's carrying on the citrus scent finishing with the CK One, all very nice.
I am BBS, very soft and supple and smelling very nice.
Have a great evening All.
