RazoRock Syn 22mm
P & B Spitfire
King Cobra SE
Schick Proline [ 4 ]
Pitralon Original A/S lotion

Rather good to be back home after a few days away. I had some poor Shaves due to Time/Bathroom constraints, and even resorted to use of other means.
It is only my Fourth outing with the KC, but I am aware of the need to take care when using it as it quite aggressive, and could well bite if a Shave Is rushed.I am very pleased with the quality of the finished Shave, and the fact that it was completed with no problems.

Last night's shave...
REX Ambassador
Gillette Nacet
Declaration Grooming B5 Jefferson
Wholly Kaw Fouge̕re Bouquet/Eufros Fouge̕re
Pitralon Classic aftershave

Didn't end up shaving until late last night….
First outing of the Declaration Grooming brush. I didn't do any major prep, just soaked it for 10 minutes and gave it a good rinse through before the shave.

I've no previous experience with DG brushes so wasn't sure what to expect. The main thing mentioned is how densely packed they are and I can confirm they are not wrong. I'd say it's the densest brush I've used with the shavemac ‘unique' knot not too far behind.

I started off using the WK Fouge̕re Bouquet (a new soap to me) but the knot just eat it up, plus there was more water within the knot than I thought. The lather was very thin when squeezing the knot to release the lather. I ditch it and quickly grabbed the Eufros. I loaded the knot again and decided to face lather, which is very usual for me but things started to improve. It still struggled to release the lather but I got through the shave. It needs to be broken-in before I can give any real impressions of the knot but it shows great promise. I'm not disappointed which is the main thing.

Cheers
Rob

Very nice two pass shave with the piccolo. The AP Shave brush has a very pretty handle, and a dense knot (for a synthetic). The TFS soap is a definite prize winner with the most amazing citrus aroma and a wonderful thick but slick lather. Highly recommended.
Have a great day everyone.
