I never could get a decent Shave with the V1 Supply it was far too mild , things got bit better when i got a V2 No3 plate.
However, the shaves I got were OK but not good enough for a special occasion. Yesterday a blade change was due, so I tried a Personna which has never been a success for me. Lo and behold, after a shave that was very smooth and possibly
rushed, I ended up with one of the better Shaves that I have ever got with this Razor. In order to test out the merit of the blade I decided more Shaves had to be done.
Today I injected a fresh blade into the Razor, as the previous one had been hand loaded. Despite the fact that the V1 body was fitted with a V2 plate the loading of the blade was easy. I deliberately slowed down the Shave today, and went for a close Shave. The Shave went very well being very smooth, and am rather pleased say that the finish achieved was of the
"Face Stroking " variety, a real first. I shall now see how with this blade the Razor performs ss a Daily Shaver.
