What are you eating tonight?

Last night we had a very nice Venison Casserole, with New Potatoes, Green Beans & Carrots. No fancy additions to gravy.
Definitely another trip to the Farm Shop planned.

Creamed onion mash sounds gooooood.
It was, really good. As for tonight, well it's a good old fashioned stew, with lamb bones and beef, winter vegetables pearl barley and of course suet dumplings. This was made last night and will be heated up today with the dumps added for the final 20 mins, served with tiger bread and real butter(said with the hovis ads voice).

I've done some chicken, sliced and tossed in spices with a squeeze of lime. That'll go on a grill pan shortly. Salad prepared, just anything and everything sliced up and tossed together with some avocado, avocado oil and cider vinegar.

Pitta breads will go in at the end and we'll eat and enjoy with those lovely Nando sauces from t'supermarket.

Champion!

Burp! Bloody good!

Bigos Polish stew with sauerkraut, Polish sausage, pork steak, mushrooms etc. Bloody marvellous. Had it once in a Polish restaurant in Elephant and Castle and made sure I learned how to make it.
