What made your day a good one

No experience what so ever in plumbing so because of the present situation a non flushing toilet was going to be a challenge.

Took the whole flushing system to pieces. Sussed out how it worked and made the necessary parts and repairs. Reassembled and fantastic, all working brilliantly.

Made my day

Between that and completing the deep clean on the house.

Just in time to return to work

Spent most of the day changing the machine heads on my Gibson guitar from their electronic 'G-Force' tuning system which became all 'G' and no 'Force' (basically it was non-automatic non-functioning. Better known as fucked) for a set of Grovers

Then spent 4 or 5 hours learning how to set-up my guitar properly and totally over the moon with the end results. Should save myself some money in the future.

One has to make the best of these 'stay at home days' and learning new skills really do make my days happy days.

Yea I got given a guitar about 15 years ago, a Washburn d10.never looked at it. My sister plays the guitar so i took it round and she tuned it for me and gave me some tab sheets. I know 3 chords now.
Stairway to heaven and back in black here I come.

Edit: the reason I never played it was because I used a plectrum and it was loud as hell with my amature twanging, was told to use my thumb, much better

I covet that Deluxe of yours, it's a beauty.

I've been playing more during this enforced time off. Just need to get an amp now...
