Soft - we've got very soft water here
Very lucky - the sea, the Moors, soft water and a fair few microbreweries. I can think of worse places to live.I hope you know how lucky you are
This arrived earlier in the week and I tested it with a palm lather today. Smells absolutely fantastic and produced a great lather. I'll report back here once I've shaved with it.There's a new Extro coming to town called The End. It's Donato's nod to Faberge's Brut:
The End Artisan Shaving Cream 150ml Extrò Cosmetics
The End Artisan Shaving Cream 150ml Extrò Cosmesi. Discover all the Donato Ciniello shaving soaps for sale on www.rasoigoodfellas.comwww.rasoigoodfellas.com
I'll definitely be buying this once it's available in the UK
The real McCoy was before my time but I'm led to believe P&B Right Handed Giant is a close match. This smells like a stronger version of that soap - maybe slightly more complex. How close is it to the vintage Faberge's Brut?
We could tell you, but then we'd have to, you know the rest ...View attachment 60435

This soap was everything I hoped it would be. Super slick and really fragrant. This has pushed its way in to my top 3 Extro soaps. It's a stronger scent than Right Handed Giant with a few extra notes in the tail that I can't quite out my finger on. Smells great. This is the scent profile:
Top Notes: basil, calabria bergamot, lemon, absinthium artemisia , lavender.
Heart Notes: geranium, ylang ylang.
Base Notes: oak moss, patchouly, sandalwood, tonca bean, vetiver, vanilla.
The graphics - a shark about to eat a lady on a lilo. I'm not sure what that's about.
There's a reason Brut is a classic ...I got this for xmas from the wife, it's fantastic and smells awesome.
So much so that I immediately ordered the splash to go with it.
