I am looking for a handle weighing between 60 & 90 grams that I can buy in the UK, that has good grip but isn't silly money, thinking around £20.

What about an iKon handle? https://connaughtshaving.com/ikon.html they also sometimes have seconds that are cheaper, I have a few items that were seconds and they all looked perfect to me.
