i have liquid soap in the kitchen, but in the bathroom for hand soap i use pears (the green one), i really like the smell of it
Agreed. Glycerlanolina has been part of my shave prep for over a year now - it is superb. I also buy from Connaughts. The best soap I've found so far is from Valobra and it's their Glycerlanolina soap, it not only contains tallow but also glycerin and lanolin amongst other nice stuff.
It would bother me, it's soap. Two minutes of use is better than antibacterial gel in removing germs.I use bars of hair soap from Funky Soap, and it's more cost effective, without all the SLS and other chemicals. My hair feels better for it as well.
I tried one of their body soaps, but didn't love it.
I'm not sure I would change hand soap. Not just for me, but I wouldn't be keen using a bar at someone else's house, so cannot imagine guests would want to use one at mine.

I remember rotating soapsSame here, doesn't bother me, it's soap! I'm quite sure it's not swimming in germs. Before consumers had pump soaps I'm sure they didn't turn their nose up!
One thing I don't like is a soggy bar, but a decent soap doesn't go soggy. Modern non-tallow formulas go soggy so I don't class then as decent lol
Still available - I recognise the vendor's pic I like their French argan oil and shea butter soaps, although they're cheaper to pick up in France. Anyways, for whatever reason, I favour liquid soap for the basin and bar soap for the shower/bath. When I travel, I always take a bar of soap - I particularly dislike having that aerated Dove nonsense thrust upon me for a hotel shower. L'Occitane L'Occitan is a handy size - and smells great - although it's got smaller and dearer.I remember rotating soaps
French soaps are good value in TK Maxx, although they are becoming hard to find.Still available - I recognise the vendor's pic I like their French argan oil and shea butter soaps, although they're cheaper to pick up in France.
