Slant bar with open comb?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and have a quick question...

I have a 37c merkur slantbar and a muhle r41 open comb. Both are great razors. I find the r41 a bit closer but the merkur negotiates curves a bit easier so is better for a day to day quick shave. I'm just wondering if there's such a thing as a slantbar with an open comb as for me this would be the perfect razor?

thanks
Barney

I am unfamiliar with regard to vintage razors but the only new offering I know of is the PAA Bakelite. I have one and it is a good shaver!

Oooops just found another one. Windrose (Shavers Delight) have a head only option.

ATT do the S2, open comb slant.

I have one of those, which I bought as a set with handle, top cap and both SB and OC baseplates. It was quite an expensive purchase, but it's a superb shaver in both configurations.

I'd be hard put to say whether the OC shaves better than the SB. If there's a difference, it's minor. As usual, YMMV.
