Tallow+Steel Merchandise 7x (Soap and Aftershave)

Wow! This TS Merchandise 7x burns!!!

I felt the tingle all throughout the shave. However the aftershave splash lit my face and neck on fire (and not a mentholated type burn either). Turned my skin red too like a sunburn. Something in this formula doesn't like me. That is unfortunate because the soap had great cushion and was very slick.

On a different note, the scent is very unique and spicy. With the secret ingredient “Merchandise 7x” added, I can see why Coca Cola has that extra burning sensation more so than Pepsi or RC Cola. My skin needs to settle down so good thing this was a night shave...

The Real Shaving Co ~ Post Shave Soothing Balm.

Greetings,

First outing of the Serbian Albus Palmira shaving Soap, another chistmas pressie to myself, with me having a great fondness for Cella shaving soap, and it's wonderful almond fragrance, i 've been intrigued in trying out the Albus Palmira soap after reading some great reviews on it...the verdict?

On opening the cubed box, and taking the clear cellophane wrapper off i was greeted by a 'not in your face,' yet wonderful scent of sweet almond, after soaking this semi-hard tallow based soap in warm water for 5 minutes i loaded my damp brush up with a generous amount for a 30 seconds, then add a few drop of water and started to create a lather in no time, the slickness and protection of this soap, i have to say is on equal par to cella, along with a equally good post shave feeling to my face, without any drying out issues in-between each pass,it's a thirsty soap, which isn't a bad thing, once i found my water ratio with it,i was rewarded with a good slick protective shaving lather.

Another very comfortable 3 pass + pick ups near bbs with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few dollops of The Real Shaving Co ~ Post Shave Soothing Balm.

My face is feeling smooth, & smelling devine.;)

A very easy Shave today helped by the lack of regrowth from an excellent Shave with the ATT SE1. The Prolines really are good as despite my quite heavy beard they are delivering good shaves even after 7/8 outings.

I've heard good things about this stick and thanks to the generous @Blademonkey I've eventually gotten round to trying it, cheers Paul
And I must say, it's reputation is well deserved.
Happy Shaving one and all.
