Two shaves in, time for an initial report. Looking back over other reports in this thread, my thoughts seem to echo several other testers' experiences.
Context: I first used an Injector about 4 or 5 years ago (a Golden 500). From the first shave, I found it intuitive and efficient in use. I've owned J, I and L type Injectors, and this year settled on an L1 as my most used razor, usually loaded with Chinese or Japanese Schick blades.
Before use: The Bunny is extremely well made and aesthetically I find the elegant simplicity very pleasing. Comb changing is simple and smooth. As noted previously, the copper spring is looking tarnished. Loading a fresh blade was trouble free.
1st shave: NOTSO comb, Chick blade, usual two pass routine (WTG then XTG), loads of slick lather courtesy of the mighty La Toja stick.
Mindful of previous advice on angle and using no pressure, I tackled two days' growth. It was fairly easy to find the optimum cutting angle, but it's the most upright handle angle I've experienced on any razor and it felt awkward to me, especially on the XTG pass. Combined with the size of the head, this also made it tricky reaching right under my nostrils. It will be interesting to see if I get used to this over the next few shaves.
The Bunny is an efficient razor! The end result was outstanding. Apart from the aforementioned problem under the nose, the rest of my face was as smooth as I could ever hope for after my usual two passes.
2nd shave: Same setup and routine as yesterday. I adapted to the upright angle more easily today, but still had difficulty under the nose. The rest of my face, as before, was smoother than George Clooney in a vat of baby oil.
I may try the MILD comb tomorrow, and report back again after few days of use.
