First band I saw live (Victoria Hall Hanley, December 9th 1989. Supported by Little Angels.) Didn't get to see them with Fish, although I've seen him solo since. I've met Steve Hogarth and Ian Moseley a couple of times, and they were happy to chat and sign stuff

@Glen_Lee , loved me a bit of Poppies back in the day. Standout gig was probably Coventry Uni in my first year there - there's still a really bad bootleg of it on Mixcloud
Clint Mansell's moved on a bit too - he's now an internationally acclaimed film score composer out in LA!
