Brick Lane. Which restaurant?

I'd avoid Brick Lane Bruce, it used to be good for cheap eats but now its full of tourist's and the food is pretty much of a muchness now.

Cafe Spice Namast in Prescott street isn't too far away, had a few very good meals there.

Are there any eel & pie shops down that neck of the woods Bruce?

Best area for that has to be Borough just outside the market :)

There's also one near my office in Angel, on Chapel Market, but as-yet untested.

I love Brick Lane, but most of the curry houses there pale into insignificance next to my local. The Indian Sweet shops are divine, and the huge Indian supermarket there is rather good - they stock rough blocks of alum too!

He's a presenter off "Myth Busters" during which a pair of mad cap film stunt engineers device ways of proving or disproving urban myths that nobody cares about usually by building mechanical contraptions and occasionally blowing things up.

It's crazy fun.
