Is there a site where you can check on the maker of vintage straight razors? i tried to google this but nothing came up

Hmm! not much that i wanted i what was trying to find out was some info on a carl ernst kirschner blade?

You need a copy of Goins encyclopaedia of Cutlery Markings, one or more of Tweedales works, some copies of 1800s sheffield Gazeteers and a lot of time to do google searches.

Carl Ernst Kirschner made a lot of brands of open razor and was registered in Solingen in 1922.
