There will definitely be sprinkled sugar on the next batch, this was a tester batch, the round ones for the wife to practice icing on, and the tache ones because I couldMo biscuits! Well done, mate! Wee tip, sprinkle the tops with demerera...A'body likes a wee bit sweetness and extra crunch.
