I work for a furniture shop, if I was making a recommendation I'd say check out Parker Knoll, very good quality. I got one of theirs earlier in the year, pricey but I'm a fan.
As for waiting times, if they haven't got the model you want in stock, 12 weeks isn't too bad. The after effects of lockdowns and Brexit have created a big back log for furniture manufacturers, there's some lengthy waiting times for certain companies.

Thomas Lloyd is 6 weeks made to order in the UK. I will check out Parker Knoll.
Although they turn me down for a job earlier in the year.

Their website is pretty good, they have a configurator thing , where you can see what the different fabrics look like on the suites. Very helpful.
