I see you seem to be really enjoying the Hawk at the moment. The A plate is my favourite of the three and I love the handle.

Cheers! Yeah, that handle was made by a former member (here, or on ATG perhaps) called Red Horseman. He made these in his lunch time at work. I have a shorter one with the smaller thread for older GEM-type razors, pictured here on the left:

Having tried a few AC type razors, my preference is for the adze/hoe type and once the A plate on this one made itself quite clear as my favourite, that was that. Use what you love and you'll always have the best shaves.

I think this handle really suits and gives the razor an almost organic form.
